Doggy in train

While I was coming to office this morning by the Virar Fast local, a doggy got into the coach at Grant Road station. He was a beautiful dog with white and grey patches and hazel eyes.

This was a surprise visit by a non-human in the local train. I did not know where he wanted to go. But I was quite fascinated. People in the compartment were actually happy to see the visitor and everybody welcomed him. The train began to move. Some of the people asked those standing near the gates to guard him from jumping of the running train.

It was an interesting scene. I was wondering about this passanger. He needed not even think about a ticket for travelling. Travel for him was absolutely free. Are all dogs born free?

I actually admired the Mumbai public. They really have great love for animals. This doggy was given equal rights as anyother passenger. Some passenger were speaking to him, asking him where he wanted to go. I wished the dog would speak too. He just stood there, wagging his tail.

The train stopped at Mumbai Central plateform. The doggy was given the way out. He was the first passenger to alight. Passengers on the plateform seemed quite amused. Thank you Indian Railways for giving animals the right to travel by your trains.
